LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Individual and Couples Psychotherapy

Approach

I believe in holistic care and a tailored approach to fit your unique needs. My training and experience in multiple modalities and settings underpins my approach when assessing suitability for psychological treatment. My experience in a broad range of therapies and techniques helps me to approach assessing a case with an open mind rather than viewing it from a unidimensional perspective. I work with a spectrum of presentations such as with those wishing to address a targeted need and also individuals seeking out psychotherapy to more fully realize their potential, understand themselves, and deepen relationships. My training in Health Psychology with a strong emphasis on accounting for biomedical factors and focus integrated care, coupled with a Psychoanalytic background provides me a broad base from which to approach each case regardless of length of treatment. My approach is practical and direct, and I approach each case with empathy, sensitivity, openness, warmth, and curiosity as I learn about and enter your world.
